Located in the heart of Long Beach, Long Beach West offers 135 high-quality studio apartment homes designed to support individuals who have experienced homelessness. This vibrant community is part of Linc’s growing network of affordable and supportive housing in its hometown.

Residents of Long Beach West enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including welcoming community rooms, outdoor patio spaces, and dedicated offices for intensive case management services. Five units include accommodations for hearing and/or visual impairments, and 14 units are fully wheelchair accessible. Rent subsidies are provided through project-based vouchers from the City of Long Beach.

Long Beach West was created through California’s Project Homekey program, transforming a former hotel into a safe, amenity-rich community where residents can receive the support they need. Intensive case management services are provided on-site and funded by LA County Department of Health Services’ Housing for Health initiative.
